This is a great opportunity with our client, a growing marketing agency in Dubai. The Influencer Campaign & Account Manager will report to the co-founders and will get the chance to contribute to the team’s success in a supportive and creative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building with Influencers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management. Act as the agency’s representative in discussions, ensuring influencers feel supported and aligned with the brand message.
Campaign Management & Team Coordination: Juggle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously, each at different stages. Coordinate with internal teams and ensure all stakeholders (client, influencers, internal creatives) are in sync.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and new influencer talent, particularly in the MENA region. Advise clients on new opportunities to keep their influencer marketing strategy cutting-edge.
Budgeting & Cost Communication: Prepare campaign budget, ensure expenses stay within the client’s budget, and adjust strategy if needed to meet financial constraints.
Education & Experience Required:
Experience: 3-5 years in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with hands-on experience running campaigns from start to finish (at least 1-2 years in a client-facing role). Prior agency experience in GCC market is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically expected (or equivalent work experience). Any certifications in digital marketing or influencer marketing are a plus.
Experience in negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships is crucial.
Skills required for the role:
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record in managing client accounts and expectations. Able to confidently lead meetings, present campaign plans, and address client feedback or concerns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and what makes content effective on each. Familiarity with the influencer landscape in the GCC & Levant – knowing key local influencers and audience preferences.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns. Ability to create and manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery. Numeracy and attention to detail for budgeting and quoting – capable of forecasting costs and managing campaign spend.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analytics – comfortable extracting insights from platform metrics and crafting narratives around performance data. Experience with measuring campaign ROI and using data to optimize future campaigns.
Creative Thinking: A knack for creative campaign ideas and problem-solving. Can brainstorm content concepts that excite both the client and the influencer’s audience. Able to adapt campaign tactics on the fly to meet new requirements.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous. Cultural sensitivity to work with a diverse set of influencers and audiences in the region.
